During her short stay in South of France early November, Florence accepted the invitation from SKEMA business School students in Sophia Antipolis, near Nice to do a one day workshop. It was great to see so much enthusiasm and passion for art coming from students who study mainly business and finance. And also quite impressive to see some very creative piece of art done by these students during the workshop. These guys rock!

Opening night at the Gallery in Railway Street

A big thanks to all of you who were able to attend the opening of Florence’s exhibition on Friday. It was an awesome event and it was great to having so many people attending.
We were particularly honoured to have the Honourable Thierry MARIANI former Minister and member of the French Parliament representing the French overseas attending the event during his short visit to New Zealand.
If you couldn’t make it on Friday, it not a problem, as Florence and I will be pleased to welcome you on Wednesday 20th of august from 6.00 pm to 8.00pm at Railway Street Studio – 8, Railway street in New market for a private viewing.
The great news is that not only you will see some awesome artworks, but the Jazzband “Pardon My French” will perform some jazz standards in French throughout the evening. Feel free to come along with friends and family

The athmosphere and opportunity to mix and mingle with many of the exhibiting artists is a fantastic experience and one not to be missed. Whether you are an art lover, parent or simply a supporter of the school you are guaranteed a great night.
The Exhibition and Sale is also open over Saturday 7th, 10.30am – 5pm and Sunday 8th, 10.30am – 3pm.
